One row per source: the figure the source's own page publishes, the page, and the day it was read. A figure that is not on a page we read is not on this one.

Read in full, publishes no figure

30 named sources were read in full on the dates shown and print no usable figure. They are counted, never filled in.

Methodology

Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2).

10 of the 40 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 30 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 1 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere.

The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source in USD (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences), so N counts sources, never sentences; 94 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded.

The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): one row per vendor per plan across four adjacent categories that never appear on the same page anywhere else: the published price and its unit (per user, per technician, per site, per order band, per vehicle), what the tier includes, the annual discount, the implementation or onboarding fee where one is charged, and whether the vendor publishes a figure AT ALL.

Across them, the figures the category's own review sites never compute: the median and spread of a published per-user price in each of the four categories, the share of vendors that are quote-only (it is far higher in order management than in field service, and that gap is the story), what a free tier actually allows in each, the cheapest route to a work order on a phone, and the price per seat at 1, 5 and 25 users where the tier boundaries bite.

Repriced-since the previous read.

94 candidate sentences on these pages were refused by a reviewer; each refusal and its reason is recorded in the review ledger.
