The work order template is a web page: it prices the order on a phone, a tablet or a desktop with no install. Labour hours, rate, parts, markup, trip charge and tax rate in; the total, the tax and the balance out.
Assign it and move it from wherever you are
In Pro, every order shows who has it and where it stands, and either can be changed from the site or the office. The change is dated against the order, so the technician's phone and the office desktop read the same record.
Keep it against the customer, not the device
Saved orders follow the account. A new phone, a shared tablet or a desktop all open the same customers and the same orders, and the export is there whenever the bookkeeper wants the month.

Is the work order management app on the app stores?
No, and on purpose. It runs in the browser on any phone, so there is nothing to install or update and no store account to manage. Add it to the home screen for an icon. The free worksheets render their answer in plain HTML before any script runs.
How many technicians can use it?
As many as you have. Jobcardo Pro is one flat price for the whole team, $25 a month, with a login for each technician and for the office; there is no per-user charge and no seat count to manage.
What does it not do?
It does not estimate, invoice, take payment, schedule, dispatch, track stock or do the books. Each of those is its own product on this estate or elsewhere. Jobcardo is the work order, the sales order and the service order, priced and kept, and it stops there.
